My computer may be in critical condition. I may loose everything I've worked for in the past five years...

If you can afford it, buy an external USB hard drive and copy the files to it (PS, if you have a larger gig music device, you could use that temporarily). They holds lots and lots and, once you get a new computer, you can continue to back things up on there and not worry (too much) if your computer decides to crash.

I hope everything works out with this. I know how it is to think that you could lose everything you have on your computer. >___< It's a scary, scary thing. But keep your chin up and don't give up for anything!
